Joan Logghe / Poet

Joan Logghe is a New Mexico poet, with multiple awards and books. She has also worked on a project called Poemholders, which combines her love of quilting and poetry.

Her awards include a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship, Witter Bynner Foundation for Poetry Grants, and a Barbara Demming/Money for Women grant. She was Poet Laureate of Santa Fe from 2010-2012.

Her books include What Makes a Woman BeautifulTwenty Years in Bed with the Same Man and Sofia, Rice, and The Singing Bowl.
