Tony Simons is a teacher, firewalking instructor, author and seminar leader. Simons is a Professor at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration where he teaches organizational behavior, negotiation and leadership. He has spoken and trained executives in negotiation skills and leadership at Northwester University’s Kellogg School, Cornell University and in seminars across the US and Europe.
Simons’ book The Integrity Dividend: Leading by the Power of Your Word, published in 2008, shows that personal integrity drives the profitability and overall success of their organization. The book is based on research, revealing the businesses led by managers of higher integrity enjoy deeper employee commitment, lower turnover, superior customer service, and substantially higher profitability.
He has been offering Firewalking workshops in Ithaca, NY, and Santa Fe, NM. Called "Life Courage Workshops", Tony says " You will become a firewalker and you will learn bone-deep that you are unstoppable. You will witness and experience incredible moments, you will deepen your connection with the people you came with, you will heal deeply, and you will have a whole lot of fun."
