Marie-Rose Phan-Le has over 25 years of experience in Film/TV production. She has travelled extensively from the rainforests of Peru to the heights of the Himalayas for her award-winning documentary film and companion book Talking Story: One Woman’s Quest to Preserve Ancient Spiritual and Healing Traditions. Phan-Le founded the Healing Planet Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to the presentation and preservation of healing and spiritual traditions.

The film Talking Story chronicles the lives, rituals and wisdom of healers and spiritual leaders from diverse cultures across the world. The film uses personal journeys to humanize the fight for cultural preservation and the importance of maintaining the different ways each culture perceives the world.

Nakkach is the founding director of The Vox Mundi School, an international project devoted to teaching and preserving indigenous musical traditions. She has contributed an extensive body of therapeutic vocal techniques that have become landmarks in the fields of sound healing and cross-cultural music therapy training.

Lewis Mehl-Madrona’s work focuses on how traditional western medicine and healing practices from Lakota, Cherokee and Cree traditions intersect. He has been writing about the use of imagery and narrative in healing since the 1980s. He is certified in psychiatry, geriatrics, and family medicine, and has written several books, most notably the Coyote Trilogy.

Angeles Arrien was a cultural anthropologist, educator, award-winning author, and consultant to numerous businesses and organisations inside and outside the medical field. She founded the Angeles Arrien Foundation for Cross-Cultural Education and Research, which focuses on the preservation of indigenous wisdom's, environmental sustainability and multi-cultural bridging.

Arrien passed away in 2014.
